50-Hour / Oil Change Service
Routine engine service including oil and filter change, filter inspection, engine-compartment visual inspection, fluid checks, and a general look-over of common wear items.
R-134a Aircraft A/C Service
Refrigerant recovery as required, system evacuation, vacuum hold check, R-134a recharge, and an operational check of the air-conditioning system.
Pneumatic Deice Boot Restoration & Reseal
Full initial preparation and reseal using the Jet Stream PBS system, including masking, cleaning and preparation, and a multi-coat sealant application.
Corrosion-X Wing Treatment
Professional corrosion prevention treatment for internal wing structures.
*Complimentary deice-boot touch-ups are maintenance applications performed when needed and practical during another scheduled Boundless maintenance visit. They do not include repeat full preparation, removal of excessive contamination or coatings, boot repair, replacement, or restoration of neglected or damaged boots.
Hourly Maintenance Services
Not every maintenance task fits into a flat-rate package.
For troubleshooting, repairs, and custom maintenance, we bill by the hour so you only pay for the work your aircraft actually needs.
Maintenance is billed based on the total labor hours required to complete the work. Depending on the job, one or more qualified technicians may perform maintenance. Work and approvals requiring FAA mechanic or Inspection Authorization privileges are performed by appropriately certificated personnel.

Yes. Most maintenance can be performed at your home airport or hangar, provided adequate workspace and access are available.
Do you work on owner-supplied parts?
Yes. We are happy to discuss owner-supplied parts before beginning work. Parts are reviewed for applicability, condition, documentation, and eligibility for installation before use.
Can I participate while you work on my aircraft?
Absolutely. We welcome owner participation whenever appropriate. We believe owners should understand the aircraft they are flying, and we are always happy to explain what we are doing and answer questions along the way.
How are repairs billed?
Repairs are billed based on labor hours and any required parts or materials. If additional work is needed outside the approved scope, we will discuss it with you before proceeding.
What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve general aviation aircraft throughout Central Texas. You can view our airport service map and published travel fees to see many of the airports we regularly serve. If you do not see your airport listed, just ask.
Do you work on certified and experimental aircraft?
