Published prices apply to normally maintained Part 91 aircraft in standard factory configuration. Aircraft with major STCs, engine conversions, float installations, or other modifications requiring additional inspection may require additional inspection labor. If applicable, we'll discuss any adjustments before work begins.
What's Included
- Airframe Inspection performed in accordance with 14 CFR Part 43 Appendix D and the applicable manufacturer's inspection program.
- Engine Inspection using the applicable manufacturer's inspection procedures.
- Propeller Inspection in accordance with the propeller manufacturer's inspection requirements.
- Airworthiness Directive (AD) Research and maintenance record review.
- Detailed Discrepancy Report identifying any items requiring correction.
- Required Maintenance Record Entries upon completion of the inspection.
Oil change labor is included when performed during the annual inspection. Parts, oil, filters, and consumable materials are billed separately.

We'll discuss your aircraft, answer any questions, and schedule a time that works for you.
Prepare Your Aircraft
Bring your logbooks, remove personal belongings, and let us know about any squawks or special requests before the inspection begins.
We Perform the Inspection
Your aircraft is inspected in accordance with 14 CFR Part 43 Appendix D and the applicable manufacturer's inspection program.
Review the Findings
If discrepancies are found, we'll provide a detailed report and discuss your options before any repairs are performed.
Return to Service
Once the inspection is complete and any required discrepancies have been addressed, we'll make the required maintenance record entries and return your aircraft to service.
Preparing for Your Inspection
A little preparation before your scheduled inspection helps us spend more time inspecting your aircraft and less time tracking down information.
- Remove personal belongings from the aircraft.
- Make a list of any squawks or concerns you'd like us to investigate.
- Have your logbooks and aircraft keys available.
- Let us know about any major modifications or STCs installed on the aircraft.
- If you'd like additional services-such as an oil change, oil analysis, borescope inspection, or dynamic propeller balancing-let us know when scheduling.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you perform my annual inspection at my home airport?
Yes. Boundless Aircraft Maintenance is a mobile maintenance provider. Most annual inspections can be performed at your home airport, provided adequate workspace and access are available.
Can I participate in my annual inspection?
Absolutely. We welcome owner-assisted annual inspections. We believe owners should understand the aircraft they're flying, and there's no better opportunity to learn than during an annual inspection. Whether you're simply curious or want to be more involved in maintaining your aircraft, we're happy to explain what we're inspecting, answer your questions, and help you better understand your airplane.
What if my aircraft has discrepancies?
We'll provide a detailed discrepancy report and discuss your options before performing any additional work. No repairs are made without your approval.
My aircraft has STCs or modifications. Does that affect the published inspection price?
Published prices apply to normally maintained Part 91 aircraft in standard factory configuration. Aircraft with major STCs, supplemental inspection requirements, engine conversions, float installations, or other significant modifications may require additional inspection labor. If applicable, we'll discuss any adjustments before work begins.
Does the published inspection price include repairs?
No. Published pricing covers the annual inspection labor only. Parts, repairs, and corrective maintenance are billed separately after your approval.
Do I need to be present during the inspection?
No, but you're always welcome to be involved. We simply ask that logbooks, keys, and any known squawks are available before the inspection begins.
