Rates

Standard Labor: $145/hr

Standard AOG Labor: $225/hr

Member Labor: $130/hr

Member AOG Labor: $200/hr

All service visits are subject to a two (2) hour minimum labor charge.

AOG Service

Aircraft on Ground (AOG) service is billed at the applicable AOG labor rate.

The two-hour minimum labor charge applies to the initial service visit only. If additional visits are required to complete the same repair, labor continues under the same work order and additional minimum charges do not apply.

Travel

To keep travel costs predictable and transparent, travel is billed at $1.50 per mile, round trip, from base of operations in Cedar Park, Texas to the service location.

Travel is billed once per work order as a round trip from the base of operations to the aircraft location. Multi-day work performed under the same work order does not incur additional daily travel charges, even if the technician travels back and forth during the project.

If additional service is requested after a work order has been completed, a new work order may be opened and travel will be billed accordingly.

For projects beyond the normal service radius (approximately 60 miles) or multi-day work requiring overnight stay, extended travel arrangements will be discussed and agreed upon in advance whenever possible.

When overnight lodging is required, lodging is billed at actual cost, and meals are billed at a per diem rate of $65 per day per technician. Overnight lodging may be used as an alternative to daily travel when it is more practical or cost-effective.

Parts

Parts supplied by Boundless Aircraft Maintenance are billed at cost plus a standardized markup to cover sourcing, procurement, handling, and warranty coordination.

Shipping, freight, hazmat, or special handling charges are billed at actual cost.

Consumables & Shop Supplies

Consumables and shop supplies are recovered through a Consumables / Shop Supplies fee equal to four percent (4%) of total labor charges, capped at $150 per service visit. Items under $5 per unit are not individually itemized.

Military Recognition

Boundless Aircraft Maintenance proudly waives the Consumables / Shop Supplies fee for active-duty military and veterans as a gesture of appreciation for their service.
