Travel
We bring the maintenance shop to your aircraft.
Travel is billed using the published round-trip fee for airports we regularly serve. When no published fee applies, travel is billed at $1.50 per round-trip mile from our base of operations in Cedar Park, Texas, to the aircraft location and back.
Published travel fees are based on a standard service visit. Some projects require additional travel due to project duration, return visits, customer-requested scheduling changes, parts availability, weather, access limitations, or other circumstances that require multiple trips to complete the work. When additional travel is necessary, anticipated charges will be discussed with and approved by the customer before they are incurred whenever reasonably practicable.
Depending on the project, additional travel may be billed using the published airport fee, the current mileage rate, or a project-specific travel estimate. Published fees assume normal airport access. Work outside the normal service area, unusual access requirements, overnight travel, or other exceptional travel circumstances will be discussed before work begins whenever reasonably practicable.

Parts Pricing
When Boundless Aircraft Maintenance supplies parts for your aircraft, we use a progressive pricing model designed to fairly cover sourcing, procurement, warranty coordination, inventory management, and administrative costs.
Rather than applying one flat markup percentage to every part, our pricing model reduces the effective markup as the value of the part increases. This helps keep larger repairs more affordable while maintaining fair, consistent pricing.
Shipping, freight, hazardous material charges, core charges, expedited shipping, and other supplier-imposed fees are billed at actual cost.
Shop Supplies
To keep invoices simple and avoid itemizing dozens of small consumable items, Boundless Aircraft Maintenance applies a transparent Shop Supplies charge equal to 4% of labor and parts.
This helps cover the everyday materials required to perform professional aircraft maintenance, including gloves, shop towels, safety wire, cleaners, lubricants, masking materials, electrical terminals, abrasives, and other common consumable shop supplies.
Certain specialty materials, such as engine oil, CorrosionX, sealants, primers, hazardous materials, and other application-specific products, may be billed separately when appropriate.
