Membership Program

Boundless Aircraft Maintenance offers a structured Membership Program designed to help aircraft owners plan and manage their annual maintenance with predictable costs, priority scheduling, and reduced labor rates throughout the year.

Membership enrollment is intentionally limited to maintain service quality and scheduling priority. Enrollment is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Once capacity is reached, a priority waitlist will be established. Membership availability and pricing may adjust as the program evolves.

Membership acceptance is subject to aircraft review and approval. Enrollment begins with a baseline aircraft review to assess general aircraft condition and maintenance history. The review typically includes a logbook review, general condition assessment, and identification of obvious discrepancies or deferred maintenance items.

The baseline review is billed at the standard labor rate and is subject to the standard two-hour minimum. It is not an annual inspection, does not include disassembly, and does not constitute an airworthiness determination or return-to-service approval.

Boundless Aircraft Maintenance reserves the right to decline enrollment based on aircraft condition, maintenance history, or scope of required corrective work.

Membership Overview

Membership is designed to support an aircraft’s typical annual maintenance cycle and includes:

• Included annual inspection labor (based on aircraft class)

• Two (2) scheduled oil changes per membership year

• Priority scheduling

• Reduced labor rate for additional work

• Reduced AOG labor rate

Membership covers labor as outlined below. Parts, consumables, and outside services are billed separately. Members benefit from coordinated parts sourcing and established vendor relationships to help ensure quality components and efficient turnaround.

Membership dues must be paid in full prior to return-to-service signoff for the annual inspection. Travel is billed in accordance with the Pricing & Service Policy and is not discounted for members.

Most aircraft owners already plan for an annual inspection and routine service each year. The membership program simply organizes that maintenance into a predictable annual plan with priority scheduling and reduced labor rates.

Membership Pricing

Tier 1 – Single Engine

$3,600/year

≈ $300 per month
